Not trying to dog them, the folks I spoke with were friendly, and the company seems decent, I was just disappointed with my experience. I called this morning about a couple of parts that should have been quick pulls: an intake (to remove basically a few Torx bolts, a vacuum line, and a hose clamp, the whole assembly comes out in one piece) and a spare tire.
