If I could, I'd give Waltower 10 stars and here is why. We always strive to use local businesses in our area/surrounding area of Bedford. We want to support those people whose livelihood depends on the local community. After 7 bids on a new heat pump that bordered near insanity on cost, I called Waltower Enterprises. Wes gave us a bid. Waltower did electrical work for us. I called numerous electricians and Waltowers is the only one that returned me call. Everyone that did the work were very nice and did a wonderful job

I recently had a very negative experience with this company...I agreed to an estimate they had provided to replace my hot water heater...Becky, the dispatcher, informed me that I would be required to pay C.O.D., which I agreed to, upon completion of the job...on the morning of the scheduled installation, time was passing by and I became concerned since I had heard anything from them....When I called, Becky said "Yes, we have your water heater and will send our crew as soon as you pay us the total, in advance"...I expressed m... read more

electrical fuses, now I have no electric in half of the sockets of my home, no electric in the master bath, No hot water, No fridge of freezer, No Phone, They put the wrong garbage disposal in and I went 6 Months without dish washer because of that. I had to walk 1 1/2 miles to get a warm bath this morning .....Had to throw out all of the food in my fridge and freezer (this has been going on for over a week) they don't care and won't respond... susan
