After seeing how terrible this facility is for my mom’s friend I would never take my mom anywhere that requires a lease! They signed for assisted living and after 2 weeks they put my mom’s friend downstairs in memory care with people that can’t even interact or talk. I saw it for myself. Calling her a flight risk. The door is locked for one and she never tried leaving, just sat at the door to watch people because they don’t care if they have activities or friends. Nice place have wonderful residents but terrible management I worked laundry and I didn’t like it at all I been your constantly being harassed by the manager Derek he ran off at least 4 housekeepers while I was there which only was for 5 months then he’s no help at all want help with anything but Francesco does everything for him .then you have the hr halee her attitude is the nastiest I believe her and derek are bff they’re know to gang up on people lovely place just need some management changes .
