Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in on Saturday about an hour before closing. The shop was completely empty, and the mechanic appeared to have nothing to do. I asked if they could rotate two tires. They admitted they could, but simply didn't want to do the work now and told me to come back on Monday instead. Rotating two tires takes less than five minutes. Refusing such a simple job while the shop is empty is unacceptable. The team over here at Walton’s Automotive is like family literally! I was able to seamlessly purchase a vehicle after a very dire situation. They made the process seemless, and I was able to smoothly transition to a new car!
Avoid This Shop Read the end. This place is completely dishonest. We called ahead and were quoted $500 to replace a battery. When we arrived, they suddenly stated that the new battery may not fix a problem and may need valve covers or other possible services and they changed the price to $700 for the exact same job after realizing we were not local. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would rate this place zero stars if I could. Took my car in for a simple diagnostic to see why my check engine light came on and a tire rotation. They told me they didn’t know what the code was for and deleted it after telling me they would give it to me. They didn’t rotate my tires after I paid them for it- I had to take my car back and tell them they weren’t rotated.
