Customer service was an absolute joke. I had a trailer door stolen (probably because these guys are so terrible to deal with) so I went in to see if I can get another one built. At first they gave me a resonable quote and said I could bring it by to get measurements. When we stopped in they made us wait around for 45 min before giving me every excuse they could come up with for why they can't do it. Needless to say this will be the last Walton trailer.
Love the quality of their trailers! Appreciate the attention to details.
So disappointed with Walton trailers would never buy another one or recommend to anyone to buy one.
Really like my 14' dump trailer , pulls great . Enjoy the hydrolic jack Build very well
