The rent is a little on the pricey end, but it is worth every penny. There is free grab-and-go breakfast every workday morning. There are plenty of community events to help you meet your neighbors or get free food at the very least. Walton Riverwood is a great place to live. The location and community is the best in Atlanta.
I've lived in Walton Riverwood for almost 5 years now and I think that alone speaks volumes. The office and maintenance staff are top notch and seem to genuinely care and take pride in thier work. Fantastic neighbors, great dog park, clean, safe, what more is there to ask for?
