I’ve lived here for six years and honestly had a really good experience the whole time. The team has always been responsive and easy to work with. Justin does a great job running the community and has always been very accommodating and helpful whenever I needed anything. Also want to shout out Max on the maintenance team. He recently went out of his way to help me out, and that meant a lot. Just good people here. Appreciate the entire crew for making this place home for so long.
I have lived at Kinstone River for over 4 years and have truly enjoyed my time here. The management and maintenance staff are top notch. The property is older but well kept and beautiful. The community is full of active people who enjoys the outdoors with the trails and river right behind the property. I don’t plan on living elsewhere as long as I am in Atlanta.
Three great years at this location! Thanks to David, Randy, Shannon, Ashley, and the many other staff who made my stay an amazing experience. Large apartments and great location!
Just wanted to take the time to give a special S/o to Calea, Shannon, & Madison. These three ladies work in the leasing office and were nothing short of amazing. I know for a fact that I was not the easiest customer to deal with due to not being certain of the apartment that would be best for me, but they took their time as were patient and understanding of my circumstances. I can say without a doubt in my mind that I made the absolute perfect choice in choosing this property for my relocation to Atlanta from up north.
