Its ok roof very thin neighbors have no respect constantly jumping around above my unit making noise dogs bark forever leave dog poop every where in the back and dont clean even on sidewalks can hear everything above you walls shake when they jump above you other than that its pretty ok a quiet neighborhood sometimes elderly complains to children a lot but its overall not horrible just if you have loud people above you be ready to hear everything.
This was the best move on experience that my family and I could ask for!! Courtney is AMAZING!!!! She was efficient and worked diligently for us to get into our place. Our apartment was clean and up to par for move in and we couldn't be happier. The environment as a whole is clean, all of our new neighbors welcomed us to the community and I feel so peaceful. I won't be moving anytime soon!!!
I have lived at Walton Ridge for several years and am very happy with my apartment. The property is very well maintained.
Walton Ridge is a great community. The staff does a wonderful job keeping the place clean . It's also a quiet place to live.
This is a beautiful community. The air is clean, and it has been safe so far. Everyone mine their own business. Quit community to live in. Management has a very pleasant attitude and is very helpful. I pray it will always stay this way. Maintenance and cleaning staff are great. Thanks for keeping this community in great condition.
