I am so disappointed in how a dear friend of mine has been treated. Ms. Williams has been waiting on her air conditioning to be repaired since the middle of June. She is in her 80’s and having to deal with a portable unit that only God knows will run her utility bill out of budget. If this isn’t a form of elder abuse II don’t know what is. I think the maintenance department needs to be investigated to see why this is going on. I would encourage corporate to come and inspect each and every one of these units.
