I would give them 10 STARS if I could. Been doing Business with them for the past 45 years. Always have taken Great care of me. Very Good at repairs, Good prices on used cars, good prices on New cars BUT without great customer services you don't have much. 10 STARS on Customer Services
I always receive exceptional service at Walton Motors. What I especially appreciate is that they don’t leave me waiting half the day before servicing my vehicles. They are competent, thorough, professional, and the service department employees are always friendly, along with the office cashier. Walton Motors has earned my business, and I will continue to visit them for all my servicing and automotive needs.
We had a fantastic experience at Walton Ford. Brian went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He listened to what we needed, kept us updated, and managed to track down the perfect vehicle in such a short amount of time. June 26, 2025 my husband bought a 2014 F 150 from Fred Jacobs When we got home we couldn’t get the tailgate opened. I emailed him Saturday. Saturday he drove it to the store. Sunday, it wouldn’t. start. When my husband talked to Fred on Monday, he told him that he had trouble starting it the day we picked it up. He moved a couple wires around and got it started. It would have been nice if he would have disclosed that. Nothing like taking advantage of a disabled veteran. The tailgate still won’t open.
