In my search for an apartment this has been one of the most impressive in Willard, the complex is quiet and well kept. My conversations with the owners, Michelle and Kevin, have been informative and assisistive. Rent is affordable. Michelle is extremely prompt with response to maintenance requests and resolution. I just wish they had more units!

May be too soon to judge, but we just moved in and so far it's lived up to all that was promised/expected for the price! Wife seems to love it! Lived 1 other place in Willard [on Conwell] where someone [probably manager] came in and rifled through my medicine cabinet. Plus mail wasn't secure & the neighbors were selling pharmaceuticals. Haven't seen any signs of that here. Actually spending our 1st night. Place is very quiet and peaceful. Wife loves the kitchen, too! We've got 3 (count 'em, THREE!) parking spots and a small ... read more
