this building used to be luxury— now it is glorified low income housing. This is long overdue review. The police are always on premises to deal with TENANTS. We had to move out because there was a man in the unit right above us who used his apartment to throw loud parties with drugs etc. one night he kicked his gf out on the tiny balcony and we could hear her screaming.
