Do NOT move in here. Since day one, living at this property has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management team has completely changed multiple times, and the newest one is by far the worst. The current manager, Chris, never follows up on anything and routinely ignores tenant concerns. When I first moved in, I dealt with squatters, safety issues, and noise complaints that were never taken seriously. UPDATE: Do NOT move in here. The new manager, Chris, is TERRIBLE and doesn't get back to you on anything. Since moving here I've dealt with soooo much. Squatters stalking me. The building locking us out of units with no notice due to them replacing carpets - making me and my son have to be out of the house until 11 pm one night (again with no notice). this building used to be luxury— now it is glorified low income housing. This is long overdue review. The police are always on premises to deal with TENANTS. We had to move out because there was a man in the unit right above us who used his apartment to throw loud parties with drugs etc. one night he kicked his gf out on the tiny balcony and we could hear her screaming.
