Maybe if Bailey Walton spent a little less time at Check’s bar and pool hall after work, he could be a half decent attorney. I’ve never left a review for someone before but if I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring Bailey Walton was a huge mistake and an absolute waste of time and money. I hired him on a divorce matter, unreasonable fees, did not recommend him at all. Don't waste your time and money.

Walton cost me over $200K in my divorce and I hired him,. good luck. One of the top three worse individuals I ever met

The only positive thing I can say about our experience is that he did appear in court. Each time we reached out after for advise or help in responding to the situation he was unresponsive. I'm still trying to get a proper accounting of the retainer and for the remaining balance to be be refunded.
