My husband and I came here under unfortunate circumstances. Our beautiful 13 year old golden had to be put to sleep. The woman at the front desk was incredibly patient as I started crying without even explaining to her why we were there yet. They made the whole process as smooth and as comfortable as they could for us and her. I have been taking my pets to Walton Gwinnett since 2000. I absolutely love the staff. Wouldn't go anyplace else.
The vets here are hands down the best, as are the techs and receptionists. They do what they can to help our dogs. We've had 2 of our beloved dogs put to sleep in the last 6 weeks, and I was met with nothing but love and understanding. I held each of them as they died. Then I was loved on. Love ALL these folks.
It was 5:15pm and I called with a lethargic cat for an emergency and they told me to come on in even so close to being closed. They did everything possible for our cat amd the staff amd Dr were all very compassionate about the situation. Unfortunately we lost our cat from a liver disease, but i would recommend this vet to amyone. They really work with animals to find the best way to help you and your animals needs.
Dr. Geddings is the best! We have a medically fragile senior dog and she's the reason he is still with us today.
Second visit in 2 months for coon hound ear infection. Great Dr's and staff. Change in food & added more mess. Hopefully this will do the trick.
The staff at Walton-Gwinnett Animal Clinic are all very pleasant and are so caring in handling our cat during her visits.
