Dylan and his team are amazing. My wife and I have lived here for over 2 years. We love almost all of it. The thing we dislike, and the only reason I can't rate the complex 5 stars, is they have started leaving the gate open during the day. We pay to live in a gated complex because we love the security and safe feeling we have, but leaving the gate open all day defeats the purpose. Beautiful Community to live in, very clean, organized and peaceful, it really fells like home.
The main downfall of this property is the management. It’s a lovely community, great location, decent amenities but my 2 years here have turned sour because of management. I moved into Walton grove in July of 2023. I was scheduled to move in on a Monday and I get a call on the Friday before telling me I couldn’t move in because there was damage to the sub flooring in my apartment. i moved in about a month ago, and im so happy that i did. everyone in the leasing office and maintenance are amazing and so nice. the communication is so much better than both apartment communities ive lived before by leaps and bounds. the area is nice, quiet, and clean! thank you so much to everyone that puts in all the work to make this such an inviting place to live!
