Great company and even better people! Highly recommend working with Turner and the rest of the Walton Funding team!
Do not use this company. Missed 2 closing dates. Submitted loan to underwriting less than 2 weeks before closing, despite applying for the loan almost 2 months prior. Poor communication, did not offer any different loan products, higher rate than competitors. We did close our loan with them only because it was too late to switch to another broker by the time I realized what was going on.
