Went in to the office today (Saturday 9/20/25) Lady on the front desk it’s rude doesn’t even try to help. Marshal it’s very nice very respectful.
Rebecca was amazing to work with! She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her friendliness and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend working with her!
The property manager Karla increase my rent without proper noticed. I was working with a different assitant property manager who gave me misinformaton about my lease, but he was terminated. they were able to get a new assistant proper manager who finished up my lease, but still failed to tell me my rent increase before the day to sign my lease. I would like to give a “shout out” to Marsha! December 2023 She and Dorothy were both instrumental in helping my then pregnant daughter with getting a 1 bedroom apartment. Well let’s fast forward to now August 2025 my daughter and my grandson needed to move to a bigger apartment and once again Marsha took on the challenge!
