I have been a resident for 4 years. Marsha has been helpfu,l kind,and a blessing. All needs were met with work orders that I put in. Maintenance does a very good job, of resolving issues I have had. Thank you!

I just visited Orchard Mill Apartments and it was amazing 🤩🤩. Ms. Marsha was very professional, friendly and informative. We toured a 2bdrm 2 bath and it was just the right size. ☺️. The groundsmen and other staff members were very cordial and friendly. The community landscape was in tact and pleasing to eye. Lots of amenities. Definitely looking forward to becoming a future resident. 🤗🤗 Koodels To Ms. Marsha and The Staff!
