These apartments are charging residents 500$ fees for trash bags outside there door which is EXCEPTIONALLY insane. The gate has been broken for 2 years the gym equipment does not work at all I’ve been here 3 yrs and the gym has never been accessible. The staff is unprofessional. I literally got charged for trash outside my door while my son was putting his shoes on and I sat the trash outside for him to take out because it stank and not even sitting 5 minutes get a 500$ charge is beyond a lack of professionalism. I enjoy living in this community. The ladies in the office are amazing and very helpful. If there is an issue and something needs to be repaired maintenance responds within 24 to 48 hours unless its an emergency situation then they respond very quick. They offer a food pantry.
Look at this mess! These apartments haven’t ever looked like this! Trash everywhere! This place has went all the way down! Where are the maintenance workers?! In the last 6-8 months it has gotten worse! There over 100 people threatening to move! Last year the pool wasn’t open none of the amenities are up to par! Don’t move here! This issue hasn’t been resolved. Yall need to hire new maintenance because this is ridiculous. This place has went down in the last year ! I have added more pictures from today!
I visited Orchard Mill and thought it looked nice. The girl I spoke to Carla was nice and was really helpful.
Moved into a “newly renovated apartment” then dealt with the same leak on and off for 4 almost 5 months. Leak got so bad that it leaked into a bedroom causing mold to form all over clothes. Carpet was not ripped up just “treated”. Mold was present in one of the bathrooms for almost 3 months after moving in and informing the office and maintenance.
