DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is unethical and takes advantage of tenants. They kept my entire deposit and then charged me an additional $700. One outrageous charge was $630 for a stovetop glass replacement — yet they refused to provide any proof it was actually fixed. The rest of the charges were for normal wear and tear, which any responsible landlord should cover as part of owning and maintaining an apartment. They charge you heavily when you move out. They charged Me $600 for scratched stovetop. The total term of lease was 2.5 years. They don't accept normal wear and tear and they charge the maintenance costs from the tenants. Then what is the point of renting an apartment. Also charged $125 for ceiling painting. They said there was water marks near the air condition unit. But that was due to a faulty air condition unit and I have already raised a work order for that when I was staying there. As many others have mentioned, this place operates by scamming folks at move-out. The most common one seems to be the stovetop. They tell you about it advance, but at least in our case, we moved in to an apartment with an already-damaged stovetop. Despite evidence of the damage before our move-in, we were still charged for the replacement as everybody else is. I wish that was the entirety of it. They additionally charged us over $1,000 worth of fees after keeping the entire security deposit. They charged us for total carpet ... read more
