When we first came in because we were wanting to get my vaccine record we were not greeted appropriately and there was just a very unwelcoming energy when I went to the front desk. We left there and went to urgent care to see if we could get a procedure done and they said we needed to go back to the health department. We tried calling just to be sure before making the drive and was on hold for 30 minutes so we decided to come up there. We unfortunately had two really poor experiences with the staff at the front and I just felt it was important to shed some light in hopes that there could be some feedback given or potential training take place on customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unwelcoming and hardly said a word to me.
