When we first came in because we were wanting to get my vaccine record we were not greeted appropriately and there was just a very unwelcoming energy when I went to the front desk. We left there and went to urgent care to see if we could get a procedure done and they said we needed to go back to the health department. We unfortunately had two really poor experiences with the staff at the front and I just felt it was important to shed some light in hopes that there could be some feedback given or potential training take place on customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unwelcoming and hardly said a word to me. Dr Kuehn is so wonderful. By far the most thorough apt I have ever had. She took so much time addressing my concerns and truly cared. It is rare to find, especially as a non insured, self employed single mom especially in a health dept setting. PC resident but I travel to SW bc the staff is top tier and the facility is always inviting. I was guided to programs to help with mammogram costs and so much more.
