Zach and his team are amazing! One of the biggest issues I’ve had with contractors in the past is communication breakdown. Zach is the most transparent and responsive contractor I’ve ever met, which makes projects SO much easier. I’d highly recommend Waltier Homes for your DADU Construction needs in Seattle.
When we decided to build a DADU in our backyard, it was not something we did impulsively. My parents were living with us on a permanent basis and we needed to explore options so that everyone was able to have some space. It was the most logical solution to house my parents in a place of their own and follow on a Cuban tradition "juntos pero no revueltos" which is translated literally as "together but not scrambled". Zach's team was awesome to work with — super friendly, quick, and thorough. Zach really listened to everything we wanted and made the whole landscaping design process feel effortless. We got our turf updated and a brand new shed added, and it all came together really nicely without feeling out of place. Great work all around from a stellar crew. Definitely recommending them and will be coming back for future projects!
