Annoying
I reached out regarding a smell of a dead animal in my wall. I was talked into their pest control plan and was assured this issue would be taken care of during my initial appt. When the tech arrived he said that based on everything I had described exactly the same on the phone setting up this initial appt, the smell was from a larger animal and not something they could take care of. Reliable and professional service. They are very easy to reach and take care of whatever pest control problem may come up. Highly recommend!
Owners were very responsive to a complaint, this company is likely a good bunch of people with a tech who was likely just frustrated with trying to get into my locked building. Ignore this review until I figure out how to remove it.
