Working here was a good experience overall. I enjoyed being around my coworkers, and some of the bosses were very nice and respectful towards me, which made the environment positive. However, the pay wasn’t great for today’s cost of living, and there were times of miscommunication that unfortunately led to me being written up, which was ultimately why I decided to leave. Not sure why I was called by Bill once I quit I didn't need that message from him.
Field ops manager is an egomaniac. Management treats their employees like replaceable parts, not like people.
