Since this company took over the lot on our block, living nearby has become extremely difficult. Interactions with both ownership and staff have been consistently unprofessional and rude, but the larger issue is how disruptive their presence has been to the surrounding neighborhood. They frequently place large trash containers directly on the street and park multiple work trucks along curbs, making the area look neglected and creating unnecessary congestion. Been to a lot of Walters, this by the far the worst one. Customer service is not great, service is even slower. Definitely will not be coming back.
