Ordered turkey club with truffle fries, chips and queso, and two diet cokes for $44. The cokes were flat and watered down, the fries, sauce, and parmesan tasted rancid. The sauce was actually separating 🤢 The chips were stale, the queso was watery. The club sandwich was alright, but nothing better than what someone could make at home. Very small as well. It was my first time at Walter's. I was looking for a close by space to hang out and work on my tablet. Unfortunately, I met someone there I wish I had never met. The place had a nice atmosphere. I'm simply going to stay away from places where people drink. Alcohol does nobody any good, except venue owners who make money selling it. That's my opinion. And I'm sticking to it. If you're a drinker, it is a nice place to be.
I loved this place when it was called Freddo’s and I’m happy to say that it’s only gotten better with the change. I love that there are lots of private spaces and couches upstairs to just talk or work and the food and coffee drinks are good. Outside there is plenty of seating for anyone wanting to do the sports bar thing. I just wanted to share that it’s still good to go to just for coffee and work.
