Walters's office had a very difficult time communicating the required information for the procedure to United Healthcare. This has been going on since my April 3rd appointment. It's now the end of July and I still don't have approval for my procedure. So, out of the blue, we recently received a letter from Walter's office telling us they have dropped us as patients.While I understand that working with a large corporation can be challenging, I don't understand why the dentist left me hanging with a hole in my tooth. Dr Walter’s is an excellent dentist and the Hygienist and Assistants are very knowledgeable,nice and kind. The office manage is Rude , Uncooperative and does not take responsibility for billing errors and is unwilling or unable to correct them.

Knowledge and experience mean a lot, especially when paired with compassion, empathy and good humor. Dr. Walters & staff are the whole nine yards.

I found Dr. Walters to be kind, through and very professional. His receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional, as well. I received what I believe was my best cleaning ever by the dental hygienist. I would highly recommend Dr. Walters and his staff for anyone looking for a great dental office.

My family and I will not be back! Dr Walters himself is not a bad dentist. But he’s let his wife ruin the whole thing. She’s rude and expects patients to do her job. I’ve been hearing many complaints. But kept going back until after it became personal. I have never been talked to like that by someone at an actual business you have been going to for a long time. My husband and stepdaughters have went there for years. The new ownership will never make it.
