RecommendedI normally move my dumpster to an accessible spot every Thursday night so that the guy can get to it easily. I forgot last night. Woke up and found he moved it himself and made sure it was dumped. Top notch guy! Thanks!
We switched household over a while ago and have been very pleased with the service. I just switched my commercial also. One of the other well know companies in town was giving me the run around. I called Walters and they had a roll-off out to me the next day and even sorted out the other problem that I had been struggling to get dealt with by my existing company. I love having Walters as our garbage serviced. They have great customer service. We have been able to get an extra pickup when needed around the holidays. They always come so early in the morning we can have the cans put away before leaving for the day. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
The day after Christmas we forgot to put our trash bin out. We remembered after they had already been by. My husband put the bun out in the afternoon and Walters still stopped on their way by later. It was our mistake but we appreciate them still stopping and grabbing it on their way back into town!
This morning I forgot to set the garbage out. I caught the guy on our route down the street to ask him if he could come back and he did! Thank you for the great customer service!!!
Walters is the best. There has been multiple times where I’ve forgot to roll the can to the curb or was gonna do it before I go to work in the morning but they had already come up and got it from the side of our garage because they arrived earlier than they usually do. Super appreciative of those garbage guys. Would highly recommend! Also great pricing.
Really appreciate the days I forget to roll my cart to the curb and the driver on our route has taken the time to walk up to the house when he sees it in sight and still empty’s it. Now that’s great service!
