I drive all the way to Walter’s from LA (40 miles each way) a few times a year for their amazing Afghan specialties. My fave is the Kabuli Pilaf, aromatic rice with carrots, raisins and nice chunks of lamb - and I always take a couple bottles red spicy chutney home with me. Large restaurant yet it’s cozy and warm. Good professional service.
This place is the best. Seriously other reviewers, get over yourselves.
Always amazing and service outstanding. Outside seating gets a beautiful breeze running through it. Special place in my heart, been going here since 1977.
Had s very expensive crab sandwich and the bread was dry.
