We have rented from LeAnn for three years. It was really the best rental experience. The process was a smooth application to get the home. Leann was easy to get a hold of for questions and has the kindest disposition. The payment portal was user friendly and we loved paying online. She worked with us on our move-out date while we were navigating the exact date. Highly recommend working with her on your rental needs.

Kyro was fantastic to rent from! They processed our application fast and efficiently! After almost 2 years with them we finally purchased our own home (with their help of course) and they made our transition so easy! I would highly recommend this property management company whether it be renting from them or using them as a manager! Diane was fantastic and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her as a property manager!

I own the rental that John Jones (not his real name) wanted to move into. I am thankful that Kyro Property Management was diligent in their application process and weeded him out as a tenant. I have had Kyro put tenants in my rental and have nothing but praise with their process. They truly treat the homes as if they owned them and the owners as if they were family. My wife and I moved into a Kyro Property sight unseen and had a terrific experience. The customer service from Diane makes renting through Kyro such a breeze. She made our entire renting process so simple from start to finish, I really can't say enough about how easy she made everything for us. Diane allowed us to ask the previous tenant of the property questions before signing our lease, she responds to service requests immediately, she even gave recommendations on scheduling appointments at the DMV! Their customer service Is impeccable!!! A huge thank you to Property Manager Diane for being so kind to answer all my questions and being so patient with me. Manny, our Proper Manager is absolutely incredible to take care of our needs in a timely manner (which really means immediately!) He’s so detailed and has a soft spoken, kind personality. He’s AWESOME! We recommend PPM to everyone I come in contact with!
