bought a roto tiller from them. Motor blew in 5 times of using it and I took it in to get warrantied and they wouldnt. Then I go to pick it up and they want to charge me a service fee to pick up my tiller. I called the new ceo and he will not return any phone calls about it. Terrible customer service. Will never buy anything like that from them again. I shopped there alot. Now I will go elsewhere.

Bought our first riding mower from Walters 23+ years ago. Recently received word that it is no longer repairable. It was a White and Walters kept it purring long after White disappeared! So--- what happened? "The Gales of November" brought down a maple. It landed on our trusty old White. Kinda' like losing a faithful old hunting hound.
