Friendly staff and comfortable waiting area. They had a kids room so my child could play and watch tv while we waited for a repair without disrupting other people.
The service reach my affectations. The booking and communication for my service appointment is un satisfactory.
Ashley Casebolt is great but the service department is lacking customer service Well I took my new truck back to service department I Pikeville KY when we purchased truck we did not see the sticky spot on the right side dash when we wiped over it it removed the dash and made a spot took it back to service department to be repaired and the service department said no they would not even repair the spot said we done it but we did not. The car that I brought to them was my mother‘s 23 rogue SL they got the car in very promptly service was quick. Everybody was very friendly.
Our experience at Walter's Nissan has been a great one. From great prices to excellent and fast service, you could not ask for more in a car dealership.
