Went in to get my teeth cleaned and was told that they were just going to clean the teeth with the most build up. Excuse me? My plan covers me for cleaning /all/ my teeth. You don't get to pick and choose which ones you clean. This is absolutely the WORST dental office in the DTES, the office is a cesspool of stacked boxes and I really question whether or not they actually use sterilized equipment.
