I ordered a beautiful arrangement off Walters Flowers website with a promised delivery of the next day. The next day I received a call saying they would be delivered the following day. Then when I actually got the flowers, they were NOTHING like what I had ordered. When I called to complain, I was told "sorry but that's what we had".
