We saw Walter's finely-tuned team reshingle the neighbor's roof last year. I've luckily kept his card on the fridge for over a year. This spring's heavy rains finally gave us the kick in the pants we needed, and I only called Walter. In less than five hours the roof looks AMAZING, the debris was cleaned up and the crew was gone. They left our property looking infinitely better than it did when they started. Money well spent and HIGHLY recommended!
Recently had a roof put on a rental property by Walter's. They did a great job and finished it within a week. I called 7 or 8 roofers and only 2 of them were cheaper than Walter's, but he had good reviews so we paid the little($200 or $300) more to have him do it. Also, we had some wood that was rotten and I was really concerned about it racking up a big bill when they pulled the shingles off.
