They fixed a problem with a door while I waited. Super friendly, perfect work and great job. Honestly the best body shop experience I have ever had. Walters is the greatest of all time.
I was well received by Austin, who explained things in details. The work on my car was done well with pearl white paint of the fixed door perfectly matching the rest of the car. Job finished on time as promised and having the car back washed clean inside and out was a nice touch. Thanks guys for a good job.
I dropped in unexpectedly after being advised to get some collision tape for my electric window that is stuck in the down position. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. I told her that I was heading to Toledo with my back window down. She immediately called a gentleman (tech) who promptly covered my window at no cost and sent me on my way. Short but very nice experience, and I certainly apprecia their help in my time crunch!
