I had an emergency tow later in the afternoon on my journey from Ohio to Florida. I called ahead to inquire if the garage could handle my vehicle. The service manager, Jeff, and the production manager, Andy, handled my issue with professionalism and expertise. When my vehicle arrived at the dealership service garage the team got me in and out before closing. Breaking down on the Interstate is not a pleasant situation, however, Jeff, Andy and the entire Service Garage team made the process quite pleasant.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Walterboro Ford from out of state, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! Q and Dutch were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They made everything seamless, from answering all my questions to ensuring all paperwork and logistics were handled efficiently. Went in personally to schedule service on my 2019 Super Duty, service advisor said he didn't have time and took my number and said he would call to schedule, 2 weeks later I called them to try again, got the same guy on the phone, he then proceeded to tell me it would be 4 weeks before he could get me on the schedule cause I had a recall. He never even let me tell him what I needed done. I scheduled the service at Summerville Ford, sadly I live right down the road from Walterboro Ford.
Excellent service. New 150, knew of the problem. Fixed it while I waited.
