I have had positive experiences with Dr. Young’s office. The staff is very courteous, wait time is minimum, and Dr. Young explains diagnoses in laymen’s terms. He always asks if there are questions. You don’t feel that the time spent with him is rushed.
I was originally referred to Dr. Young, by a member of his church. I can only assume the member assumed the doctor was a Christian. I was shocked when his office denied services. I was told his Plano based (Arshad Malik) Muslim partner had issues with my Christian beliefs. I never did or said anything to offend his partner and never knew he had an issue with me. On a scale of 1-10 I rate my visit there a perfect 10 everyone was helpful in every way and was so nice,it was service with a smile, I can't think of anything I would say that needs improvement
