I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are rude and arrogant and have no intention of giving full deposits back. They charge fees that are questionable and make it impractical (it will cost you) to dispute them. If you like giving thousands away, go ahead and rent from them. If you expect your deposit back - be warned.
Incompetent Property Mgmt – Avoid using this company. They charge several extra fees when renting using WeRentSunshine.
Horrible! – I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Unacceptable – This company is one of the worst. The agents they have representing their company are rude, unwilling to assist, and crooks. I rented a property though the company however before signing a lease I expressed what I expected out of the property and why it even interested me in the first place. At the lease signing I was assured that those amenities would be brought to my satisfaction, unfortunately they where not and my agent had no intention of following through with what was requested in order for me to be hap... read more
