Dr Dearolf is a kind and experienced doctor that took care of my husband and my needs. He gives you time to talk and he listened to what you have to say. For us, we have been going to him over 20 years for different issues. I will continue to go as long as I need because he is the best doctor with caring, experienced, compassion, and he took care of our needs.
Dr Dearoff is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, very easy to communicate with and pleasant. He puts patients at ease. Also an excellent clinician/diagnostician. .
My mother experienced a dislocated hip, she called to have a follow up with the doctor. She gets to the appointment and the doctor isn’t with a hip specialist. It is not easy for my mother to get out of the house. Very disappointed. She now has to wait another week and was NOT seen by anyone. Do better in understanding the needs of your patients!!!
Dr Dearolf is OUTSTANDING. So thorough and caring! His office staff are amazing and promp. Never an issue with any requests - just so nice to have a great experience now a days with a doctors office, highly recommend.
