Walter’s attention to detail, ability to handle complex issues, and pleasant demeanor and mannerisms in dealing with both buyer and seller are unmatched. Walter helped me with a 1031 exchange so I know him as both a buyer’s and a seller’s agent. In both roles he was amazing! He not only understands the local market, but also is well-connected with a network of professionals (inspections, repairs, staging, financing, insurance, etc.) However, most importantly, he is honest and straightforward, thoughtful, reliable, and dedicated to meeting his client’s goals. Walter was terrific as a buyer's agent! I'm sure it's no surprise that the Santa Cruz housing market is very difficult for buyers but Walter found a great home, that fit many of my key criteria, before it even hit the MLS. This gave me a huge advantage in finding my dream home for a surprisingly reasonable price. Walter also is very familiar with the area and gave me some great advice on areas to focus on. My home search took just over a month, much faster than I'd hoped.
