October 2024 update: Our water pump failed on a Saturday. They (Rick & Co.) were here in 2 hours and (for a bunch of reasons) went through a Herculean effort to successfully replace it. They are the best. I don't know who these people are who wrote this one-star review two weeks ago (whereas my name is public), but we've been using these folks for 20 years and never had any experience that wasn't positive. We needed our pullout kitchen faucet replaced (broken hose, no pipework involved). They did not have the same faucet and charged us over $200 for the piece alone. When we asked about the price of the service they told us that they could not give us a price estimate as it was an hourly rate. Naively, we accepted the service and found ourselves billed for FIVE hours of service at a rate of over $120 an hour. Felt taken advantage of.
