I had an excellent experience working with Lee Torres, Simon Green and Tony from finance. I arrived just after 1pm, and Lee immediately assisted me. While I liked the first vehicle, the price didn’t quite fit, so they offered me another option. After test driving it and negotiating, I left the dealership around 3pm to check out another location. Been dealing with Dan for a little over 3 years I have purchased a handful of sprinters from him great customer service very communicative would definitely recommend him.
We worked with Lee Torres at Walter’s Mercedes Benz in Riverside, he took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable on all the various settings, bells and whistles of the Sprinter van. Lee worked with us over the next few days over the phone and txt to make sure we were taken care of. He worked with us on the monthly price and the terms of the loan.
