I usually only go to the doctor for routine visits (physical). I am currently sick and took a covid test twice and it came back negative both times. I knew I needed medical attention so called my doctors office to make an appt. I was refused an appt and told that I likely have Covid so the doctors rule is only virtual. I have been going to this Family Practice to see Roxanne Smith for the past 15 years. I have never had a problem. I was always treated with respects and everything that they do or have recommend was explained to me. They have walk me through every step.

Dr Walter Matkiwsky has excellent bedside manner and will address all issues you have- always compassionate and works to find a solution. He has been my choice of primary care physician since I was a young child. I have gone to many doctors in Manhattan and always come back to him. Thanks to the office staff as well. Mary is always professional and makes Appts works - understands the working people.
