This hospital never fails to disappoint. From the less than courteous customer service to the down right lack of continuity and less than adequate care, even as a retiree trying to obtain records, it is a thousand steps journey!!! If you can, make it a point to go somewhere else. Though you have some decent folks working here, the overall experience is far too negative to present any redeeming aspects! The pharmacy in America building has terrible customer service. I did the get in line option on my phone before coming to pick up my medicine only to have them cancel it. The rep who filled my order threw my medication on the counter and didn’t offer me a bag. After that I had to ask her if we were done because she said nothing. This pharmacy is way too slow and the reps are rude and act like it’s an inconvenience to help you.
Hospital is dirty and unsanitary walking halls and parking lot trash everywhere
