As soon as my dentist called them and said I have a patient for you....the process was smooth and I was able to have my oral surgery the same week! The staff was wonderful and Dr. James very knowledgeable about his job. I can tell he’s been doing this for a long time and he make sure his patients are comfortable from beginning to the end. OMG, I fell asleep & when I woke up all my teeth were gone😭 Just kidding! Great service, everyone there was so polite and helpful.
Dr. James and his staff are fantastic! Dr. James took time to explain the procedure in detail to me and what all my options were for the future. His relaxing manner helped me to keep calm. I had no pain and even the numbing shots didn’t hurt! As you know the roof of the mouth shot always hurts, but not with him! I just can’t say enough good things about him and the staff.
Very caring and patient. Definitely recommend
By not purposely hurting patients, like he did me for his own self gratification.
