Michael Cook and his staff are excellent. I went to a few chains and looked online - nothing was right. I thought maybe a small jeweler would be better and I was right! Michael took the time to understand what I was looking for and found it for me. What mattered most was my wife's expression when she opened the box. Thank you, Michael, for making a special birthday unforgettable!
Owner is very uncomfortable, I was waiting to go into work at my job next door and he came by and started taking pictures of my car, very strange and glad this store is closing.
