Possibly the strangest Dr i have Ever encountered. This person was impossible to have a conversation with. In addition he kept touching his face, his mouth and ears…. Completely unsanitary and off putting. He asked random off topic questions and certainly did not give off a vibe of medical knowledge or intelligence. He’s at the new hospital on Palm coast pkwy.
