We have had a terrible experience after shopping there for five years. There have been many errors on our order and nobody cares. The customer service has gone downhill. The latest issue is that the wrong tacks were applied to a custom piece. I have been waiting since the Sept 5th for them to respond with a plan to correct them. DO NOT order custom. They can’t handle it or they don’t care about your biz unless you are dropping 100k at a time.
Very slow checkout experience. Even when you're buying something under $5 and paying cash.
