Unprofessional. Walter Dunn & Associates are not honest and professional realtors. They used 'white out' to change the language in our contract. Our agent has to take a hit on the closing costs because she didn't read the contract 'word for word' and signed the agreement. She has to pursue legal means to get her money back from these sleazy characters! Run from Dunn, Run from Dunn!!!
Scam Artists – Walter Dunn & Associates in Memphis are horrible. They are nothing but a group of scam artists. They have the reputation of being the worst in town and for a good reason. They with held the contract from our realtor and mortgage company and then blamed us for not closing on time even though it was his fault. He charged $100.00 a day until we closed and refused to give our signed contract to the seller until we agreed to his outrageous addendum and threatened to put the house back on the market.
