Doctor Rong is by far the most patient and gentle dentist I’ve ever met. His technique is so skillful that I barely felt the injection at all. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure and the reasons behind it, which made me feel very at ease. He also shared a lot of useful tips for maintaining healthy teeth. I highly recommend him, especially if you’re usually nervous about dental visits!
We drive 85 miles one way to our favorite dentist because Dr. Rong is so gentle with his patients, professional and skilled and the front office makes me feel like family.
I LOVE Walter Dental! I live in Sylmar, 42 mi. away, and I have no problem with driving to West Covina, because Dr. Rong and his staff are A-MAZING! I always get the best care and nothing but kindness. They are the best!!!
