We had our first ever appointment yesterday, and we were very impressed with the entire staff, looking forward to being well taken care of!
Always professional, listens & answers any concerns I had. Outstanding staff, and as a Veteran, it was always encouraging to know that he has other Veterans on his staff. Office staff always made my trips and paperwork with the VA seamless! Good waiting area, easy parking. Easy to get to and overall it really couldn't be any better.
some of the angriest white women in the united states work here. truly incompetant dental service, the trainee ruined my front teeth, dr. Fonfara didnt use xrays so he Guessed his way through it. total hack job. 'I can still recall him saying oh i see the cavity' theyre as incompetant with the billing as well, no explanation of billing, just a number. who does that? thieves and liars. it is these small 'family' places that you need to stay away from. I’ve had 4 or 5 dentists over the years, and Dr. Fonfara, by far, is the best dentist I’ve been to. He is absolutely amazing. He explains the nature of the issue, discusses the procedure and just really puts you at ease in the chair. He, along with his staff, are very empathetic , welcoming, and supportive , which I find comforting. I have avoided dental care from time to time, even requesting sedation due to extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr Fonfara is an excellent dentist. He is thorough, kind, and has completely helped me to take better care of my teeth because he has taught me the importance of good oral hygiene.
